       The Faculty Management Information System (FMIS) is supervised and managed by

       the designated offices and personnel responsible for ensuring the effective

       implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of the system.

   

Roles and Responsibilities

 

System Administration

 

       Responsible for system maintenance, account management, technical support,

       and security administration.

   

Faculty Management Office

 

       Oversees faculty profiling, validation, assignment coordination, and records management.

   

Training Administration

 

       Manages training schedules, instructor qualifications, and academic coordination.
